Five on Friday

Happy Day After Thanksgiving!  I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with friends and family!

ONE: It is officially Christmas season!  This morning we decorated our trees.  Davis is quite proud of the little tree in his room. 🙂

TWO: Last night I posted a few Black Friday deals.  There are SO MANY good deals out there.  I feel like I should really be shopping right now. Old Navy is one of the stores with the greatest deals, like this blue sweater that I love!  It is on sale for $21 online, and would be even less in the store.  I bought Davis a cute pom toboggan for only $7.  Another idea is this toboggan we found for him from Nordstrom is too darn cute!  It is so warm and fun!

THREE: Advent calendar!  I need to get going on this one, but I have plans to put an advent calendar together on our chalkboard wall.  I want it to include fun things such as a night to watch a Christmas movie together, going to see lights, and going to the Billy Graham Library live nativity. I have a feeling Davis is going to love counting down the days to Christmas! I am using this one from Ella Claire Inspired as inspiration.

FOUR: Okay, another sale!  Anthropologie has everything 25% off today!  Use code SHOPTOIT. You just can’t go wrong with that store, and they have some wonderful gift options.

And a few things I’d love to have myself. 🙂  That Paris style guide would be a perfect coffee table book.  And the round mirror would be great over our bar in the family room.  I LOVE that food journal!  I record recipes all over the place – I need to be more organized. The table runner would be lovely in our dining room, and the cheese knife set should be a must-have for me!  I make cheese trays for events all the time!

FIVE: December is almost here!  That means that our baby boy will be 3 years old!  How does time fly by so quickly?!  Todd and I are so incredibly blessed to have him.  He is the light of our lives!
