Cute Reading Glasses

January 15, 2019

Last week I grabbed a parenting book to read before going to sleep (which wasn’t actually relaxing at all), and I realized I was having a hard time seeing the small words. I mentioned it to Todd and he was able to find my glasses from college! While I was at UNC I had to get glasses to see my laptop and books better up close. After graduation, when I wasn’t reading as much, I no longer needed them. I had my eyes tested last year and my vision was great, but the doctor said it might not hurt to have a pair of readers on hand. I didn’t think I really needed them, but it turns out I do now! I asked for ideas on instagram about where to buy cute reading glasses, and I got so many great replies! Thank you all!

Yes I am wearing a turtleneck that just really fits the slightly nerdy look, haha! And I have zero clue how to take a selfie with glasses! The glare kept getting me, so I apologize for the very close shots.

Some of these have ways to order online, but some of the stores have to be shopped in person. I wanted to include the whole list of what people sent me, though. If I included a picture of the glasses below, then they are linked in one of the store lists.

Cute Reading Glasses

LOFT: I actually bought this pair and this pair. They were on super sale, and are still 40% off!

BUNNY EYES: These are cute, but they have several other great styles, too.

ANTHROPOLOGIE: My favorites: this pair, this pair, this pair

DOLLAR STORE: Who knew?! I need to look next time I go there.

MARSHALL’S: Because they have everything! Wish you could shop online there.

TJ MAXX: They have some great options, and also some nice mens’ glasses.

WALMART: I think Drew Barrymore’s glasses line called Flower is sold at Walmart, and they have some cute options. I really like this one.

NORDSTROM: Lots of fun options: this pair, this pair, this pair, this pair, this pair

EYEBOBS: So many great ones here, and I heard this is an awesome brand. You can also do a virtual try-on. this pair, this pair, this pair, this pair, this pair

BLACKHAWK HARDWARE: The most amazing hardware store in Charlotte. I should have known they would have them.

PEEPERS: So many fun pairs, and very affordable. If you’re looking for something a little more fun and different, but don’t want to spend a ton, this is a great site. this pair, this pair, this pair, this pair, this pair, this pair

WHOLE FOODS: Again – who knew?! Need to check these out later this week.

J CREW: Hello! Why didn’t I think of J Crew? I like this pair, and this pair is really fun!

BARNES & NOBLE: I couldn’t find any online, but people told me they found some in stores.

COSTCO: 3 pairs for the price of 1 🙂

STEINMART: I had forgotten about Stein Mart, too! I found a few cute pairs online: this pair, this pair

I hope this was helpful! Happy reading, guys!
