I intended on publishing this post much earlier, but the day has gotten away from me!
Hi gals! I hate I missed linking up last week! I’m happy for the fun distraction today, because holy moly it’s been a long few days. Here are my Friday favorites!

ONE: I feel like I’m back in early high school, sporting one of the best clothing inventions ever: overalls! I realize that I am not actually cool enough to pull these off in a fashionable way, but I am okay with that. Back in the day I was obsessed with wearing overalls. Now that they’re back in style, I am wearing them again! Todd bought me a pair for my birthday and I wore them for the first time yesterday. He found mine from Asos, and I believe they are sold out, but I found a similar pair here.
TWO: I have a few recent makeup purchases that I am loving…mainly because they make me look a little more alive regardless of my lack of sleep. I don’t mean to complain. Ridge is not a terrible sleeper, but he does wake up 2-3 times each night, which leads to some serious dark circles under my eyes! The Anastasia brow definer is awesome and really easy to use. And I’m getting a ton of use out of my under eye concealer. A few weeks ago I went to Sephora and asked one of the makeup artists for her strongest remedy for dark circles. She tried a few kinds, but I ultimately ended up choosing the Anastasia concealer. I apply it with a brush, and then use a Beauty Blender to give it a more flawless appearance.
THREE: These 2 boys are ALWAYS a favorite! They are a handful, but they are of course the greatest little people on the planet (not biased at all;)).
FOUR: Thinking about Valentine’s Day for Davis…any tips on where to buy valentines for him to give to his classmates? Also, I’m in charge of the craft for his class party, and I’m thinking of making these love bugs! Cute, right?!
FIVE: My mom had a big birthday this week! She turned 60, but doesn’t even look close to her age. She is an incredible person, and I’m excited to celebrate her this weekend! My brother is coming home and we’re all going to hang out on Saturday. Patrick and I are in charge of cooking dinner! Then Sunday she and I are having a spa day! Cannot wait!

Girl, you are pulling those overalls off! I am not sure I am cool enough to wear them… I keep seeing people on the internet who look adorable though… I may have to gather my courage and invest in a pair!
