Well guys, it’s finally here! Our podcast is live! When Ashley asked me in the spring if I’d like to partner with her on this, I was flattered and excited! She had already begun the work, and had a clear vision – to spread a message of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness – to women. This podcast is for all women, and we will also focus on moms and raising healthy children. We both are extremely passionate about health, and we’re excited to get to share that through the Well Nourished podcast! The first couple of episodes are a bit rocky. I have never spoken into a microphone, so I’m learning. 😉 But we have some great content in the works, and we can’t wait to share it all with you!

Here are the first few episodes:

Episode 1: Welcome! Get to Know Ashley and Lindsay

In this episode we wanted to introduce ourselves! And please bear with us, because we are still getting the hang of recording and this episode is a bit rocky! We are telling how we each became interested in health, and share more about our personal blogs and platforms. Our journeys began in quite different places, but we both landed in neighboring towns and met through our shared passion for wellness. We are here to discuss how we live life with purpose and strive to feel our best. As Ashley says, “live life in color, not in black and white!” We are determined to pursue mental, physical, and emotional health, and we hope to share our tips and journeys through this podcast.

Episode 2: Our Daily Healthy Habits

We are all about consistency in working to stay fit, have a positive mental state, and a higher energy level. Today we are sharing with you our overall daily healthy habits, and how we stay lean without dieting. Neither of us are a fan of fad diets, but we do have some tips to help you get on the right track for physical health!

Episode 3: A Holistic, Gut Health and Mindset Approach to Anxiety and Postpartum Depression with Kelly Brock

Today we are interviewing a woman we both admire greatly. Kelly is a successful entrepreneur, business coach, former Crossfit instructor, and an inspirational mom of two. She sat down with us today to discuss her experience with postpartum depression and anxiety. Kelly reveals how she decided to approach her own mental health – without taking a pharmaceutical approach – and what is working for her. We both learned from her during this episode, and we hope you all get as much out of this as we did! Thank you, Kelly!
