My Quick and Easy Morning Skincare and Makeup Routine

As I have worked on cleaning up our household over the years, I started with food, and this year we have begun working on cleaning up skincare, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, and drinking water. Thank you for following along, and supporting me through this! I have shared more in instagram about my Beautycounter routine, but I wanted to add my routine here as well. Since replacing almost all of my former skincare and makeup products with Beautycounter ones, I have legitimately fallen in love! The Countertime regimen and the makeup have changed my skin for the better. My quick and easy morning skincare and makeup routine takes much less time than I used to spend, yet I’m able to fully prep my face for the day! This takes less than 10 minutes in total, which helps significantly with a busy schedule and two boys who hit the ground running every morning!

 

Skincare:

• Countertime Lipid Defense Cleansing Oil
• Counter+ All Bright C Serum
• Countertime Mineral Boost Hydrating Essence
• Countertime Tripeptide Radiance Serum (only use 1 pump)

• Countertime Antioxidant Soft Cream

These work great for my skin! I have more dry and aging skin, and am concerned with dark spots and some sun damage. I also like to be protected, because I am outside often. I used to have the occasional breakout, but those are rare these days.

Makeup:

• Skin Twin. I am color 350 in the summer, but my skin has yellow undertones. People with my same skin tone, with less yellow in their skin usually do well with 340.
• Touchup Skin Concealer Pen
• Mattifying Powder
• Satin Powder Blush in color Nectar
• Brilliant Brow Gel in Medium This is currently out of stock,  so I’m going to switch to the clear  brow gel + the Color Define Brow Pencil.
• Volumizing Mascara I use this sometimes, but still use my old mascara, occasionally. That is the one product that I have had a hard time switching over.
