It’s almost bikini season – ahhh!! Because of that, and simply because we value fitness, taking care of our bodies, and being in shape, Todd and I have each started our own 40 Day Fitness Challenge. We each have a list of workout goals that we’re aiming to accomplish before Memorial Day.
This is the kind of motivation that works for us. We work well with a list of goals and a deadline. Some people find the FitBit or a fitness app helpful. Do whatever works best for you! If you’d like to join in, try coming up with your own list and let me know!
We started yesterday, April 8th, and will go through Memorial Day, taking into account 1 off day each week. That totals 40 days of workouts.
Another thing we’re doing is skipping dessert. I gave up desserts for Lent, and truly felt better. I did not miss them after a couple of days. I know that reducing sugar and chocolate is good for my skin, too!
